Omvistech Inc., the developer of DailySync and DailySync Pro applications and service, provides this policy to inform users about the collection and use of personal and other information provided by users of DailySync application and “Service”. The term “Service” includes the use of the DailySync and DailySync Pro mobile applications and the dailysync.com website.

Information Collection
During your use of theDailySync application and Service we may collect information that can be used to identify you. Such “personal information” includes your name and email address. We may also collect other Personal information from you that may bw non-identifying in nature, such as your preferences and settings.
We use personal information for different purposes including 1) understanding the needs of the user, 2) improving the quality of DailySync application and Service, 3) enhancing the services offered, 4) personalizing user experience and 5) to contact you about services updates and offers. email addresses, the unique identifier of the mobile device, etc. Other information, which does not identify the user, such as the model name and version number are collected.
During your use of the DailySync application and service, our servers receive and record several items of information, including, but not limited, the device ID of your mobile device, the “IP” address of your mobile device, the model name and version of your device, request parameters and location information. These pieces of information are used to improve the quality of the products and services offered by us.
The DailySync application and Service also use “cookies” to store information about your preferences, and this is used to personalize the user experience and to enhance services and products offered by us.

Any “Personal Information” collected by DailySync application is primarily is meant for improving the services offered by us, and may be shared with third parties in a limited fashion towards that goal.

These third parties are authorized to use the personal information only for the tasks authorized by us and are prohibited to use the personal information for any other purpose.

We may also share “aggregrate” information with external parties such as partners, researchers, advertisers and other entities. Such “aggregrate” information does not include “Personal Information” of users; examples of such information include the number of users using DailySync mobile application on specific device model or device software version.

Omvistech may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of it’s assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
Compliance with Laws
Omvistech cooperates with the government and law enforcement entities and private parties with regard to law enforcement and compliance. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement entities or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, including, but not limited, to subpoenas, to protect the property and rights of Omvistech or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity
Deleting Your Information
You may contact us at privacy@dailysync.com to request to delete your personal information from our database. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Omvistech will employ reasonable administrative, physical and technological measures to protect your information. But, since no means of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security for your information. We will make any legally required disclosures of breach of security, confidentiality or integrity of your data as expeditiously as possible.
